Proposal for Honda/Acura racers, racing in  alberta under NASCC/WCMA.
Intent to grow Honda/Acura racing in Alberta
Premise a points system to create competition between cars of the same manufacturer, across a variety of classes. WCMA is discussing a change of rules to NASA rules or similar power to weight rule set. Competitors cars will still classify within current and new class structures.
Class structure
A competition within current WCMA rules loosely based on NASA honda challenge rules. http://www.nasaproracing.com/rules/Honda-Challenge.pdf
H1 = STO and GT, ITO
H2 = STU, IT1
H4= IT2,IT3 ITJ
All cars must comply with current WCMA regulations for this season.
Points system (to be changed based on number of competitors in each class)
In each race, the following points would be awarded to classified finishers:
1st   - 15 points
2nd   - 12
3rd   - 10
4th   - 8
5th   - 6
6th   - 5
7th   - 4
8th   - 3
9th   - 2
10th       - 1
i - Pole position: One additional point will be awarded to the driver who captures pole position for the qualify race of each meeting.
ii - Fastest lap: One additional point will be awarded to the driver setting the fastest lap in each race. If two or more drivers achieve the same fastest lap time each will be awarded one point.
Rookie of the year award to be determined
Must have 3 cars in class to qualify for prize/awards
Must attend three race events to qualify for prize/awards

Award and prizes
Prizes/awards to be determined based on car counts and sponsorship money raised.
Rules
Competitors will be reqiured to add H1 H2  H4 decal to the side of car and display any sponsorship/advertising decals required.
Awards/prizes to be rewarded at end of season or last race meeting.
