WCMA AGM Race workshop topics

I am looking for input on topics for the race worker meeting. So far we have a discussion on Marshal shelters, worker retention, safety on the track during hot sessions, addition of URGENT to first lap calls. Although i will prob be in the race workshop, here is a wish list from  tech;
-how about a wcma( or club owned)  easy up tent. ..been using my own for now.
- a non wobbly picnic table.
- permanent painted mark on pavement to mark where scales are placed., it would be even nicer to have a concrete pad we know is actaully flat.
- a not white shirt for tech inspectors.  impossible to keep clean as we are on and under cars all day.

its a wish list, I know some of it is not in control of wcma but ......
