Steak BBQ - We are planning to have our annual steak dinner on Saturday night after the podium presentations.
All competitors, crew members and family are invited to attend. In order to ensure that we have a steak with everyone's name on it, I need to know how many tickets each competitor will require. Oh and by the way – did I mention this BBQ is compliments of ARCA!
Please let me know by return email at sue@somedaysoon.ca if you will be attending the BBQ by no later than Wednesday, September 7th.
Please note that this event is most likely going to be the last race for ARCA to be held at Race City. The barbarians are literally at the gate (the fence actually) so if you can't come out to race why not come out and marshal. We could certainly use your help in that area.
Track worker check in both days is 8 am with an 8:15 am meeting at the pre-grid area.
Tracey McEwing, the Chief Course Marshal would like to get an idea of how many folks will be coming out to marshal for the last event – if you plan on attending, please let her know – her email is tracey.mcewing@ercb.ca – only marshals need to contact Tracey.
