Awards Dinner Information
When – Saturday, October 20, 2012
Time – Cocktails 6:00 pm, Dinner 7:00 pm
Where – Ramada Viscount Gort Hotel, 1670 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba
Cost – $45. per person
Individuals requiring a guest room must contact the Reservation Agent using the hotel's direct line: 204-775-0451 or their toll-free number: 1-800-665-1122. If you reserve your room prior to September 19th, you will be eligible for a room rate of $125.99 per night. After this date the prices go up!

Tickets will be paid for at the door. Deadline for dinner ticket orders is Wednesday, October 17, 2012.
Please note that an email confirmation of your dinner ticket order will be done. If you don't receive a confirmation, then we don't know you are coming.
If you have any special menu requirements (vegetarian etc.) please let me know.
This is also a very special year for the Winnipeg Sports Car Club. They are celebrating 60 years as a club.
Let's get out there and cheer for our 2012 Solosport and Race Champions and thank all of the track workers for their hard work this season – everyone deserves it!
