I switched from Telus to SHAW when Telus dropped SpeedTV.
As of a week or so ago , SHAW has dropped SpeedTV as well. I contacted SHAW to see what was happening. After a few emails this is the most recent email on this subject.

I understand your concern entirely. I've been working here for 3.5 years and have never seen this much feedback regarding a channel. I can't imagine that with the amount of requests we're getting for Fox Sports Racing that it wouldn't even be looked in to. I highly recommend filling out the channel request form and have as many people fill it out as you can. In the mean time, you could also check out Discovery Velocity if you're more interested in support type programming. I personally haven't checked out the channel, so I'm not sure if there will be any programming on it that you will actually enjoy. It's worth a shot for now though. I can add it to your account for $4+tax per month if you'd like to check it out. I tried to get Velocity yesterday and was told it was part of a bundle at $10.00 including channels I already have

Funny that we see you drop channels and not our bills, add Velocity at a minimum to our package and find a way to get Fox sports one.

How did you guys make contact with Shaw. I would like to do the channel request thingy as well but can't find anything on the site.
