F1: McLaren legend Tyler Alexander dies at age 75
Tyler Alexander, one of the founding fathers of McLaren's F1 team, has passed away.
Tyler had a monumental  impact on sports car racing.   It was fellows like Tyler who motivated drivers, engineers and helped make motorsports a global activity. Today, motorsport needs people with the drive, vision and broad shoulders of some one like Tyler Alexander if it is going to survive amongst the 100s of new adrenaline sports that we can watch and participate in every day in some corner of the world.

In the 1960s there were maybe a half dozen adrenaline sports, today there are 100s of different sports for the adrenaline junkie and for the big time advertising agencies to focus their business clients' marketing strategies.
