SCCA Seeking Input on Contact Rules

Sounds like the SCCA is looking at potential changes to discourage contact:

At first blush I like the idea of a post-race impound for contact has some merit taken with the suggestion that it focus more on mentor-ship and education than punishment.

What do you all think?
