RACE EVENT - RACE CITY - SEPTEMBER 12-13 - COMPETITORS

Attention:  All drivers

The last race of the season and possibly forever at Race City is being held on September 12-13.

Registration? Registration is now open for the last event.  If you are paying by credit card, please use Karelo ? www.karelo.com.  Please note that I cannot take credit card payments at the track ? they must be done beforehand.  If you are paying with cash or by cheque please complete the entry form which is on the ARCA website ? www.albertaracecar.ca, then competitor info.

Help me out and register early for this event.

The tentative event schedule is also posted on the website ? same place as the entry form.

Steak BBQ - We are planning to have our annual steak dinner (the final supper) on Saturday night after the podium presentations.

All competitors, crew members and family are invited to attend.  In order to ensure that we have a steak with everyone?s name on it, I need to know how many tickets each competitor will require.  Oh and by the way ? did I mention this BBQ is compliments of ARCA!

Please let me know by return email at sue@somedaysoon.ca if you will be attending the BBQ by no later than Wednesday, September 2nd.

Group Photos ? We are also planning on doing a group photo of workers in their whites and drivers in their suits with helmets on both Saturday and Sunday at the BBQ Pit at during the lunch break.  Please plan on attending at least one of these days if not both.

Ride-A-Longs ? Reminder that if you can help out with the Ride-A-Longs for the workers on Saturday and Sunday during the lunch break to please contact Debbie Luini-Carroll at wrcarroll@nucleus.com
