Let's get this thing planned for next year.  Why do we consistantly wait to hold our AGM until after the Thanksgiving Weekend?  The weather has the risk of turning and making travel very cautious.  Also, to my understanding, all of the championships are decided prior to the end of September.

Why not plan now for the AGM to be held the weekend of Oct 2, 2010?  Yes, I understand that the weather can turn at any time, but the earlier the better.

Road racing may be done by the end of September.

Autoslalom was still going strong. The Winnipeg leg of the WCMA Regional Championship was Oct 3/4 this year.

Yes, Racing is done.  In past, Solo was also done.  So-------why not start the process and plan for all championships to be completed by the end of September and then have the AGM early.
