Includes reference to the WCMA in applicable
Some section included a suggestion as starting point for discussion

Process
Document as been provide to club presidents and will be placed on WCMA webpage
All members of Clubs are able to provide input via email to Racing Director
All clubs holding ice races will be ask to provide suggestions & feedback on both regulations and timing of roll out
