2018 Mazda Contingency Program

I'm pleased to announce that the Mazda Canada Contingency Program will continue unchanged for the 2018 season.  Alberta Spec Miata competitors will compete for prizes for up to 15 WCMA races* at Castrol Raceway this season.  The top 3 finishers in the best-of season championship** are eligible for an additional prize.  See below for details:

2nd	$50
3rd	$25

	Championship
1st	$1000
2nd	$500
3rd	$250

*Should the season consist of more than 15 races, the last 15 races of the season will be used.
**The best of championship is calculated by dropping the equivalent of a weekend's worth of races (typically 5) because we are amateur racers and life happens!

A new benefit this year is a rebate on vehicles for racers; see attached for details.
