Perci Halla's wife Sandra's Obituary

I just heard that Perci's wife has passed earlier this week.  I did not know Sandra, however, many others who knew her have said many wonderful comments about her.

Perci has been a WCMA competitor and one of our best instructors for many years. He was always there when we needed him and even standing in the rain for hours helping with instructing. Perci and I had talked many times, including a time at the 2015 Instructor school.  Sandra and him had many plans for the future, retirement was near, and building a new home was one of them and  this has to be a very  difficult time for him, their friends and family.

Our condolences go out to Perci, Sandra's friends and family.
