Jeff Roberts left us on the weekend after a battle against cancer. He passed away with family at his side in Castlegar BC. Jeff was a huge fan of motorsports and ran his 1969 BMW 2002 consistently from 1981 until 2007 when I purchased, and he continued to be involved in driving and the further development of the car. Jeff shared the car for years with Lance Hogarth. Jeff was an active instructor with the SABMW Club and also instructed and raced at various tracks in the PNW such as Spokane, PIR and Seattle.

In lieu of flowers his family has asked that donations be made to the Jeff Roberts Memorial Band Award for the Most Dedicated
Student at Stanley Humphries Secondary School in Castlegar. Jeff's other passion was music and he (along with his daughter) were instrumental in keeping the program alive at the school. This was very important to him.
